Why would net10 Deactivate a customers phone without calling your customer first ? I bought a card to activate my phone not knowing my husband did as well, so now both are activated. I called net ten and alls they could tell me was wait til the end of the month and see if the second one kicks in! I guess it amazes me that they dont have a way to figure that out! Can't access voice mail after 4month . Cut off from high Speed internet . Going back to straight talk after my membership runes out. You just cannot compete. Add comment

Rediculous and idiotic service. First off I don't understand why you need to offer 50 different phone cards.....oh so you can get consumers to buy the wrong one and be stuck with it????? What a great business model! Then you call for customer service and no one can explain why the same card I used last month all of a sudden is not the right plan for my phone, and no refund! Wtf?!??! I just spent 26 days into what I now call net10 ***. It began on June 20th with loss of signal. I called :and was told towers were down in Texas call baqck in 24 hours.
